Customized Employment involves the creation of unique employment opportunities by identifying, initiating or creating new jobs, carving out existing jobs to re-arrange work tasks, or creating self-employment opportunities specifically customized to the client's needs, skills, and abilities.
Have a job in mind but not sure how to make that happen? Let our Placement Services team help find opportunities for Wage Subsidy. This employers support by helping with paying a portion of wages for new employees or re-hiring of employees who were laid off.
